Firms either national or international can
demonstrate their current and future Human Resources
requirements.
This endeavour includes
"graduate study for the job ahead" by employer sponsorship, where an
existing and growing proportion of viable job
training is by
planning as a joint endeavour with 'educators, employers and students'
preparing to fill real forecasted jobs, nationally and internationally.
Graduate profiles database
and employers' plans for Human Resource requirements are shared to
enable more pre- enrolment opportunities and direct graduate placement solutions.
